TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Please read these terms and conditions carefully before accessing, using or obtaining products or services from Sigma Arts. If you do not agree to abide by these terms and conditions (Terms) as specified below then you may not want to use this service. In these Terms “we”, “us”, “our” or “Sigma Arts” refers to Sigma Arts as run by Simon Greenaway, and “you”, “your” “customer” or “client” refers to you as the user of our services. The “consultation period” is defined as the time from your initial enquiry for work up until a deposit is paid.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms, for any reason at any time, by posting a new version on our website www.sigmaarts.co.uk .

Privacy Policy

​

Sigma Arts will not distribute your personal information or pass it on to any third party without your permission.

 

We reserve the right to publish photographs of art at any stage throughout the project. Upon the project’s completion photographs of work remain the intellectual property of Sigma Arts and may be published on the internet or in magazines. This is not an exhaustive list.

Payment Policy

​

All work will be charged at a daily rate of £175. You will be sent a quote detailing this, how many days the work will take based upon information provided by you with regards to the design and a total cost for airbrushing work. Lacquer cost will be included in the quote but will not be covered in the daily rate of £175. Lacquer time is not included in the days it will take to airbrush. Any changes to base coat will be charged as extra. A change in base colour must be specified during the initial consultation period to ensure that an accurate quote can be provided. This price will be included on the quote. Price is non- negotiable. Once deposit is paid you are agreeing to pay the total cost, as provided on the quote, upon completion of work. 

 

Mock ups and Designs will be charged at a rate of £20 per design. Designs can be altered and adapted however Sigma Arts reserves the right to charge for excessive alterations if the changes made do not meet the initial ideas discussed in consultation. Sigma Arts reserves the right to use the design for other clients if you choose to not go through with the work.

 

All work must be secured by a £50 non-refundable deposit. Deposit will be deducted from the final total. By paying a deposit, a date will be secured in the diary. Upon payment of a deposit you are agreeing to the terms and conditions stated in this document. Deposits are only transferable for 1 date. Any subsequent change in date will result in an additional £50 charge, on top of the original quote.

Body work repairs must be agreed during the consultation period. Sigma Arts reserves the right to not repair bodywork if not previously mentioned during the consultation period. Any bodywork repairs agreed upon after deposits have been paid will be charged at £50. Damage to bodywork sustained during delivery to Sigma Arts must be taken up with the delivery company.

 

For larger work such as trucks, and for work where we have to travel to complete work on site, Sigma Arts reserves the right to charge for fuel and other expenses on distances over 10 miles.

All work must be paid for upon collection or before delivery is made. Payment methods include cash, bank transfer and PayPal. Sigma Arts reserves the right to withhold products until full payment is made. Delivery cost is not included in the initial quote and will be charged as extra.

Shipping/ Delivery Policy

​

Sigma Arts recommends that for large jobs, you source a courier to drop off and collect work. Sigma Arts takes no responsibility for items once they have left the premises. Any issues with delivery should be taken up with the relevant company. If a courier is not being used, Sigma Arts reserves the right to choose the most appropriate method of delivery. Payment for delivery must be made, by you, prior to items being shipped.

If a specific deadline is required for work to be received by you, the customer, this must be stated during the initial consultation period. Sigma Arts reserves the right to amend the deadline date and will contact the customer via email with as much notice as possible.
